EMOTIONAL REGULATION, AT EVERY AGE
Support for the whole system, not just the mind.
Most of us were never taught how to regulate our emotions, or our nervous systems. We just learned to survive them - white-knuckling anxiety, numbing out, or reacting before we even know what we’re feeling.
Emotional regulation is a teachable skill. So I teach it twice: to the adults who missed out on learning it, and to the kids who don’t have to.
Work With Me
Talk therapy is a safe, confidential space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences with the support of a licensed therapist. Each session typically lasts around 50 minutes and is centered on your unique goals, whether you're seeking relief from anxiety, working through past trauma, navigating a life transition, or simply wanting to better understand yourself.
Step into a deeply transformative experience with Hypnotic Breathwork , a guided journey that blends conscious breathing techniques with elements of hypnosis and deep relaxation. This session offers a powerful opportunity to release emotional blocks, reset your nervous system, and access expanded states of awareness.
Each session begins with grounding and intention-setting, followed by guided breathwork and hypnotic suggestion designed to quiet the mind and connect you with your subconscious. Through rhythmic breathing and focused guidance, you'll enter a heightened state where healing, clarity, and insight can naturally emerge.
Come as you are, and leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected.
A hypnosis session is a deeply relaxing, focused experience designed to help you access your inner resources and make meaningful, lasting changes. Whether you're looking to reduce stress, overcome a habit, improve confidence, or work through emotional challenges, hypnosis can support you in reaching your goals. Session length is 75-90 minutes.
